Questions + Answers + Solutions can be stored in a Question Bank and tagged for unlimited levels of difficulty and can be re-used in different quizzes.

Embed Multimedia Content in Tests

A unique feature to ApnaClass Testing Platform is the ability to insert Multimedia Content such as images, photographs, videos, fancy text, equations and more embedded using ApnaClass’ rich text editor to make your tests highly engaging and interactive. This feature is especially very effective with younger students.

Test the Confidence Level of the Student

ApnaClass Test Platform provides the feature of Certainty Based Marking, so that teacher can ask student when a student answers a question that how confident they are that their answer is correct: not very (less than 67%); fairly (more than 67%) or very (more than 80%).

Timer

By default, quizzes do not have a time limit, which allows students as much time as they need to complete the quiz.

If you do specify a time limit, a countdown timer is shown in the quiz navigation block and several things are done to try and ensure that quizzes are completed within that time:

  • A countdown timer is shown in the quiz navigation block
  • When the timer has run out, the quiz is submitted automatically with whatever answers have been filled in so far
  • If a student manages to cheat and goes over the allotted time, no marks are awarded for any answers entered after the time ran out

Cheat-Proof

Create different Question Sets in the Question Bank, randomize MCQ choices and assign time limits to make your tests cheating proof. If you have many students in a class taking a test at the same time, they are unlikely to get the same questions at the same time. The same question will never appear twice in a quiz.

Set rules and add restrictions to your test

There are various checks that can be imposed before a student is allowed to attempt a quiz. For example the open and close dates, the time-limit, requiring the student to enter a password before starting, and so on.

Provide Instant Results, Solutions as well as feedback

Show results and solutions to the student after they have completed an attempt at the test. The feedback that is shown to Student can depend on the grade the student got.

For example, if you entered:

Grade boundary: 100%

Feedback: “Well done”

Grade boundary: 40%

Feedback: “Please study this week’s work again”

Grade boundary: 0%
